closely monitoring factories engaged in iron & steel manufacturing and foundries
and have identified a worrying trend, a rise in accidents over the last decade.
Hence, to proactively tackle this issue, Green Triangle Society under the aegis
of the Inspectorate of Factories and Boilers, Government of Goa and with the
support of Cuncolim Industries Association, is organising a comprehensive One-day
training programme for workers working in Iron & Steel Manufacturing
Industries and Foundries on Saturday, 16th November 2024, from 9:00 am to 5:30
pm at Government High School, Ambaulim, Cuncolim, Goa.
This programme aims to underscore the critical nature of safety training
in reducing workplace accidents. Participants will engage in interactive
sessions led by industry experts, gaining insight into the most current safety
measures and operational best practices tailored for the Iron & Steel
Manufacturing and Foundry sector.
We urge all our stakeholders to join this crucial program. Your
participation is instrumental in elevating safety protocols and safeguarding
our workforce's health and safety.
