PROGRAMME PERSPECTIVE:
Related imageIn order to succeed, a project must be properly managed through all phases, from initial concept development right through to commercial operations.

The aim throughout should be to safeguard safety and quality, while controlling both costs and time. Tried and tested processes and control procedures are designed to minimise the risk of failure (in terms of safety, time and cost) and to ensure construction of a plant which meets specified requirements (in terms of product specification, plant performance, build quality and HS&E considerations).

There are special agencies that provide above services for project commissioning and de-commissioning  However, the Project engineers  play a critical role in supporting and supplementing a project/plant owner's resources, acting as an independent liaison  officer  between the two organisations for a successful implementation of the Project.

For the benefit of Industry, Green Triangle Society is organising one day Seminar entitled       “Best Practices in Industry:  Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Inspection Techniques at  a Project”  “which will include two specialised session on  “Safety aspect in pre-commissioning and Commissioning of a Project and Different aspects of Non Destructive Testing.
